Sergio Aragones is oft-times referred to as the fastest cartoonist in the world today, and also as the sweetest guy in comics! He's contributed to every issue of Mad Magazine except one since January 1963 (due to a post-office screw-up)! He's written and drawn 16 original Mad paperback books, and is the creator of Groo the Wanderer, a character who was later parodied in the form of Conan the Barbarian! Sergio's giant monster pin-up will appear in a future Doris Danger epic!

Dick Ayers A living legend with an enormous run on "Sgt Fury" and other Marvel War and Western books, as well as inking credits on all the classic Marvel issues of Fantastic Four, The Hulk, Captain America, the Avengers, and down the line! And more importantly, he inked the classic Lee-Kirby-Lieber giant monster stories! Chris is proud to be able to say Dick inked all the Doris Dangers stories in Tabloia #572-576! Peter Bagge Indie in-your-face creator of "Hate," the pessimistic Billy Bradley and his dysfunctional family! Also contributed essential storylines to Spider-Man and Hulk! Nick Cardy began comics in the Eisner-Iger studio, and helped to define the Silver Age of Comics with his Aquaman, Teen Titans, and Batlash comics! In the 1970's, the stands were covered with his covers of Superman, Batman, Flash, and Jimmy Olsen! His giant monster pin-up will be appearing soon in Doris Danger's Adventures!

Gene Colan A meticulous, dramatic penciller who's done it all: Captain America, Captain Marvel, Daredevil, Dr. Strange, Iron Man, Wonder Woman, gorgeous runs on Batman, and the unparalleled "Tomb of Dracula"! His pin-up appears in issue Tabloia #572, and is reprinted in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Giant Monsters Creep and Stomp!" !

Geoff Darrow painstakingly fills his comics with an insane clutter of eye-popping details! Check out his Shaolin Cowboy, Hard-Boiled with Frank Miller, and Big Guy and Rusty the Robot, which was made into an animated series! He was also conceptual designer on the Matrix films! Wow! Guy Davis has done some of our favorite comics, with great runs on Sandman Mystery Theatre, BRPD, The Fantastic Four: Unstable Molecules, and The Marquis! His giant monster pin-up appears in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Urban Creatures Creep and Stomp!" !

Luis Dominguez did all the great horror and mystery comics and covers of the 1960's and 1970's, including "Ripley's Believe It or Not," "Boris Karloff," "Grimm's Ghost Stories," "The Twilight Zone," "UFO Flying Saucers," "House of Mystery," "House of Secrets," "Ghosts," and "The Witching Hour!" Al Feldstein drew all those gorgeous sci-fi and horror covers and a number of classic stories, and wrote pretty much everything else from EC Comics back in the 1950s! He's got an an-out-of-this world outer space pin-up appearing in "Doris Danger in Outer Space,", and is reprinted in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Urban Creatures Creep and Stomp!"! But that's not all! Ramona Fradon A silver-age artist who drew Aquaman, Batman, Superman, Plastic Man, and her creation, Metamorpho! She also spent time on the newspaper strip, Brenda Starr! Dave Gibbons 2000 AD artist who produced the most important, groundbreaking comic of the '80s—The Watchmen with Alan Moore—worked with Frank Miller on the Martha Washington series, and won an Eisner for his retro-futuristic The Originals! Gilbert Hernandez Co-creator of the king of all indie books, "Love and Rockets"! A more cartoonish artistic style than his brothers, on works like "Palomar", "Luba", and "New Love"! Jaime Hernandez Co-creator of the king of all indie books, "Love and Rockets", with an amazing talent for perfectly lain-out pages! And one of the few (only?) artists of female professional wrestling in "Whoa Nellie"! His pin-up appears in Tabloia #574, and is reprinted in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Giant Monsters Creep and Stomp!"

Mario Hernandez The big brother of Los Bros Hernandez, and the one who got them all into comics! Co-creator of the king of indie books, "Love and Rockets"! His pin-up appears alongside his brothers in Tabloia #574 (reprinted in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Giant Monsters Creep and Stomp!"), and he's got another one upcoming!

Wayne Jones An international figure of mystery, an enigma shrouded in a puzzle locked in an extremely complicated Russian doll, but not really, because he's actually already escaped.... Also, he used to help out with Tabloia Weekly Magazine's general business operations, but has since moved on to rewarding, fulfilling work that actually pays, rather than declare bankruptcy and go on welfare like the rest of the Tabloia staff, after the book's inevitable cancellation!

Sam Kieth Creator of "The Maxx", (later adapted into an MTV cartoon)! Artist of Wolverine, the Hulk, Spider-Man, and Batman! As well as more personal projects, like "Zero Girl," "Four Women" and "Ojo"! Sam's pin-up appears in Tabloia #573 (reprinted in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Giant Monsters Creep and Stomp!") and you can look for another one soon!

Peter Kuper Off-beat and political contributor to Time, Newsweek, The New York Times, and Mad Magazine, where he illustrates "Spy vs. Spy"! His drawings are so narrative, he almost never uses any text! His pin-up appears in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Urban Creatures Creep and Stomp!"

Stan Lee is our giant monster idol! Not only is he responsible for running Marvel Comics and pumping out all the classic giant monster comics with Jack Kirby, Dick Ayers, and his brother, Larry Lieber! In addition, it's a little known fact that he also made a decent living from the creation of his lesser comics characters, such as Spider-Man, The Hulk, The Fantastic Four, The Avengers, and maybe two or three others! Stan Lee kindly gave a paragraph of introduction for a Doris Danger classic!

David Mack Innovative creator and painter of the gorgeous Kabuki Comics, and also a fine Daredevil artist! He has two giant monster pin-ups upcoming in future issues of Doris Danger, so keep your eyes peeled!

Alex Maleev What a gorgeous, grainy, realistic style Alex portayed in The Crow, Sam and Twitch, Daredevil with Brian Michael Bendis, and Avengers Illuminati! His pin-up appeared in DOris Danger Seeks...Where Urban Creatures Creep and Stomp, and another is coming soon!

Mike Mignola loves Kirby-style giant monsters! Creator of Hellboy and BRPD, and artist on Bram Stoker's Dracula! Tight, moody, amazing compositions, with thick blacks sculpting each shape and form! Rob Oder Famous editor who turned Tabloia's sales around in the sixties with his revolutionary and outlandish headline-grabbing editorial stunts, and has been onboard ever since!

Michael Avon Oeming came to prominence with Brian Michael Bendis on Powers! He's also done Hammer of the Gods Bastard Samurai, and The Mice Templar! His giant monster pin-up is forthcoming!

Mike Ploog did all the great Marvel monster comics of the seventies! Ghost Rider, Werewolf by Night, Man-Thing, Frankenstein...then he went off to Hollywood! His giant monster pin-up is coming up soon in a fantastic Doris Danger Adventure!

Bill Plympton A quirky but multiple Oscar-Nominated animator! Check out "Guard Dog," "Your Face," or his "Microtoons" that played on MTV! He has a giant monster pin-up upcoming!

Esad Ribic is a gorgeous cover painter for Marvel, who did stunning fully painted work on the Loki and Silver Surfer mini-series! His non-painted, pen-and-ink giant monster pin-up is the scariest yet, and appears in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Urban Creatures Creep and Stomp!"

Wesley Ruff This talented comics star is quickly making his way up the prestigious ladder of the comic book industry! He designed layouts, logos, and colors for the classic collection, "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Giant Monsters Creep and Stomp!" which reprinted all the Doris Danger stories and giant monster pin-ups from Tabloia!

John Severin Classic EC artist, master of Western and War books! Blue-print-accurate illustrator, and an inker who can make any sub-par penciller's work stunning! His paintings have been showcased in Time, Entertainment Weekly, and Forbes, and sell out in galleries around the world! He's had shows in Palm Springs, New York, Tokyo, Spain, Germany, Paris, and more! Michael Shermer is Chris's skeptic idol, and a huge inspiration to Dr. DeBunko! Michael is the director of the Skeptic Society, author of "Why People Believe Weird Things," editor of tons of great skeptical magazines, encyclopedias, and other works, and a real-life debunker of the supernatural! Michael generously contributed a paragraph of introduction for "Dr. DeBunko: The Short Stories!"

Bill Sienkiewicz brought a bizarre and artistic sense of style to mainstream comics in the '80s, with the New Mutants, Elektra: Assassin, and Daredevil Graphic Novel! J.H. Williams III The bizarre page layouts and shockingly diverse styles of art flow through the pages of Promethea. As if working with Alan Moore isn't enough, JH has done "Desolation Jones" with Warren Ellis, "Seven Soldiers of Victory" with Grant Morrison, and Batman! His cosmic giant monster pin-up appears in Doris Danger in Outer Space!", and is reprinted in "Doris Danger Seeks...Where Urban Creatures Creep and Stomp!"

Chris Wisnia No one has heard of this inept clown! Tabloia Weekly Magazine is his only claim-to-fame, and that by association only. His art is amateurish, and his stories aren't worth mention.

Thomas Yeates A true illustrator whose works shine in the jungle settings of Tarzan, and the Toth-influenced Zorro newspaper strip.
